The control panel for the air conditioning unit it located upstairs, near the bathroom.
Please ensure this is turned off when you are not at the property.
While using the system, ensure doors and windows are closed.

Select either Heating, Cooling or Fan.To Increase or decrease the strength of the air output, press the fan button. Press the Up / Down buttons to increase/decrease the temperature.

If WiFi is not connecting...If television fails to connect to wifi, click on the ‘settings’ button , select ’Wi-Fi’ and ensure ’SAOIRE’ is connected with the correct wifi password.
Front Living Room - Hisense TVTo turn On/Off, press the black & red Power Button on the top right. Applications - to choose an app (Netflix, Youtube etc), choose from selection at bottom of remote control.
Free to Air - to watch Free to Air television programs, click the ‘Home’ button, use the left arrow to move to the ‘Home Dashboard’, click the up arrow and then across to Live TV. Click OK. To change the channel, use the up and down arrows on the Blue ‘P’ button.

Washer/Dryer / Ironing Board
You will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing board in the hallway (near the front door). Complete instruction manuals are located in the bottom drawer of the kitchen. There is also a clothes line located in the back yard for use. You will find pegs next to the washing machine.
