What Time Is Check In & Check Out?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in: We’re happy to offer early check-in whenever possible. If it’s available, we’ll email you to let you know. Unfortunately, we can’t confirm early check-in until the day before your arrival, as availability depends on whether guests are departing on your check-in day.
Late check-out: We do our best to accommodate late check-outs whenever possible. Availability depends on incoming bookings and our housekeeping schedule. For this reason, we’re only able to confirm late check-out on the day of departure, should no last-minute bookings be made.
How Do I Access the Property?
As all of our homes offer self check-in, we do not meet guests at the property. Entry will be via keys (in a lock box at the property) or a keypad on the door (no keys required).
Your access instructions and any relevant codes will be emailed to you on the day of arrival. If you arrive at the property and need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call us on 0438 836 879.

Can I Bring My Pet?
We’re happy to welcome pets at most of our properties - please check the property listing for confirmation.
Pets are generally allowed inside, but we kindly ask that they stay off all furniture and bedding.
While most properties have fully fenced yards, we recommend checking the property description or contacting us to confirm.

Do all properties supply Linen & Towels?
Yes, all linen, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided for your stay.
Some of our properties provide beach/pool towels - please check property description for confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are outlined in our rental agreement and may vary depending on where you made your booking (such as Airbnb or Stayz).
For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or cancellations.
