Television
If WiFi is not connecting...If television fails to connect to wifi, click on the ‘settings’ button , select ’Wi-Fi’ and ensure ’127’ is connected with the correct wifi password.
Front Living Room - Hisense TVTo turn On/Off, press the black & red Power Button on the top right. Applications - to choose an app (Netflix, Youtube etc), choose from selection at bottom of remote control.
Master Bedroom - Sony TVTo turn On/Off, press the black & green Power Button on the top right. Applications - to choose an app (Netflix, Youtube etc), choose from selection at bottom of remote control. Free to Air - to watch Free to Air television programs, click the ‘TV’ button at the top left of the remote control.
Main Living Room - LG TVTo turn On/Off, press the red Power Button on the top left. Applications - to choose an app (Netflix, Youtube etc), press the blue ‘Home’ button. Use the arrows to move left/right and press ‘OK’ to select. To change the channel, use the up and down arrows on the Blue ‘P’ button.

Located near the front door, you will find the control for the air conditioning system.
Please ensure this is turned off when you are not at the property.
While using the system, ensure doors and windows are closed.
Zone 1 cannot be turned off.
Zone 1 = Lounge room 1 & 2, Kitchen, Bedroom 5
Zone 2 = Master Bedroom
Zone 3 = Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed)
Zone 4 = Bedroom 3 (2 x KS Beds)
Zone 5 = Bedroom 4 (2 x KS Beds)
Front Door Keypad
Please use the code provided to you to access entry via the front door.
To unlock, hover hand over/touch the keypad. Enter code and then press the unlock button.
Use the handle below the keypad to open door. The door will lock by itself once closed.
When leaving - to speed up the locking process, after you close the door, touch the keypad to activate the locking mechanism.
If the front door pad does not work/loses power during your stay, or you prefer to use a key (rather than entering the code), there is a lock box at the left side of the house, in the meter box. This key will unlock the front door. Troubleshooting During humid weather, the door may swell. This may affect the locking mechanism on the door. When Unlocking Door: the latch may struggle to unlock. After entering the code and pressing the unlock button, gently pull the door handle towards you while the door unlocks.
When Locking the Door from the outside: Close the door. Hold hand over the keypad to initiate locking. Pull door handle gently towards you. This will assist the door lock to slide into position.
The door will try to automatically lock after it has closed. If it is unable to do so by itself, it will beep continuously, and you will need to assist by turning the knob from the inside. To lock the security/screen door - there is a single key hanging inside, above the front door. This will lock the front screen door.
