1 - Check that the wifi network and password are correct.2 - Turn the router off and on using the power button. At the same time, restart your phone/device. Try to connect your device to the router again. The router is located behind the large mirror in the living room. Please take care when accessing the router.

House Rules
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am This a non-smoking property.The total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number.
Parking
Please use the driveway and carport - please do not park on the grass.
Noise
We have a strict no-party policy. If a warning about noise is given to you or other guests at the property without effect, you will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of monies.
Noise disruptions includes loud behaviour or any type that disrupts the peace and quiet of others, intrusive or abusive language, loud music or other sound that is audible outside the boundaries of the property.

Power
Should there be issues with the power, it is best to check the switches inside the fuse box first. If any of the fuse switches is in the ‘off’ position, flick it/them to ‘on’.
If the switch immediately turns off again, it is recommended that you turn off appliances in the property and then turn them on one by one. This should help establish if there is an issue with one appliance.
If there appears to be no obvious offending appliance, please phone Endeavor Energy on 131003 to listen to a recorded message which will tell you if the power outage is local and what the estimated time of outage will be, stating the postcode is 2540.

Bins are located at the front of the property and are emptied emptied early on Friday morning. Please ensure that you place bins at the curb-side on Thursday night.

Air Conditioning
There are two control units - one is located on the wall upstairs, at the top of the stairs. The other is located on the wall in the dining room (to the right of the clock).
Press the power button and then on the left, select which area(s) you would like to heat or cool (Living, Upstairs, Bedrooms).

The living room offers a Chiq TV that will allow login to various apps.
To turn on the TV:Press the Power Button on the remote control.
To access apps (Netflix, Youtube etc), there is a button for each on the remote controller.You may be required to use your own log in for apps.

Trundle Bed & High Chair
Bedroom four features two single beds, one of which is a trundle.
You'll find the linen for the trundle bed stored in the wardrobe of the bedroom.
A high chair has been made available for your convenience and can be found in the walk-in wardrobe of bedroom two, located downstairs.

Please scrape plates before putting them in the dishwasher, to reduce the chances of blocking the drain.Dishwashing tablets/powder & rinse aid is located under the sink.
